Well we have been super busy lately. I have signed us up for all sorts of activities here to avoid the cabin fever we got last winter. However, the weather is still beautiful here...but we know it's only a matter of time before the snow is here to stay. Hannah is now enrolled in a gymnastics class on Wed mornings, a dance class (which is HILARIOUS) on Tues mornings, play group on Mondays and Bible Study on Thursdays. This doesn't leave a whole lot of time at home these days--- but as social as she is, she is loving it. Last week was the start of our dance class. I had called about it, just wanting to get some information, and the lady there just told us to come try it out. They are supposed to be 3 yrs old, but she had said they take them before then if they're ready. And we all know the rythm in this child.....however she does dance to her own beat :). She went to her first class with her friend Peyton. Miranda and I seriously thought that they would not be asked back after the first class. You could already see the little rebel in her. For instance, they would all be standing in line and then Hannah would gracefully twirl out of line and start dancing on her own on the other side of the room. It got to a point when the instructor brought out the candy as a reminder for those that listen would receive a treat at the end of class. In the end they got their treat, after a small talk. The next week was much better, but we are still adjusting to this "class" thing. :) Gymnastics is a lot of fun....it is basically just an open gym time for them. We are with them the whole time and they have free reign over the trampolines, mats, and foam pit. It's a lot of fun....and she gets to get all of her energy out!! As for Asher, he just enjoys life. He is sitting up now and is enjoying this new perspective....now he can really see how silly his sister is....and she can really entertain him. He still thinks the world of Hannah....his face just brightens up when he sees her. He has started babbling quite a bit now...but definitely has a bashful side of him.
Hannah's first day of dance....we didn't have the "black leotard and pink tights" that they required...oops! :)
